Re: Saratoga Springs Water Source Development

Please hold a public legislative hearing about the development of Saratoga Lake as a Water Source by the City of Saratoga Springs, so that my neighbors and I can speak of our concerns on the matter.

I am a homeowner (property owner) on Saratoga Lake in the City of Saratoga Springs (Town of Stillwater, Town of Malta, Town of Saratoga) and the development of Saratoga Lake as a Drinking Water Source for the City of Saratoga Springs will have negative impacts on me personally and is bad for the lake as a whole.

As long as Saratoga County is providing a good regional alternative source of drinking water that can satisfy the needs of the City, I think that the City’s application for a permit should be denied.
